thanks so much for all the fantastic info. A sheet sounds nice and simple actually - will definately do that. Also forgot that I could actually consume charcoal caps as well as use them under the dam. Will also have to purchase some heavy duty Vit C for after the procedure.

When you said that the dentist 'cut' them out what do you actually mean. How do they do that? How long does it usually take for them to remove 1 filling? I am really not looking forward to this part. I have a real fear of the drill and the sound etc. I am going to take my squeezy toy with me. I know that they suggest a little alcohol before the procedure but a whole bottle sounds even better!! Unfortunately have to go straight to work afterwards. Oh well!!
