Hi! someone over at Curezone posted a really good website about testing for mercury from silver amalgam in fecal matter-- that 80% of mercury from silver fillings can be found in fecal matter before it shows up in blood and hair tests. check this out :-) at: http://home.swipnet.se/misac/research7.html

Yep, I heard that about 90% of mercury is expelled via feces.
Relating to diagnosis...
It's also important to know that mercury is often not expelled from the body, it is harbored, so this test may not be reliable for mercury toxicity diagnosis except during detox.

Alot of it is harboured especially in yeast or candida spores...that is why it is so imperative to do a candida diet and cleanse.
Our bodies produce candida as a buffer to protect our tissues from mercury's ravaging effects...so it is a good thing to begin with, until it gets out of control and become a health issue on it's own.
