I have been told that to get a shield to protect me from electromagnetic fields would be a good thing for my energy levels. Whether it be a personal pocketsize one or one for the home doesn't really matter. Any experience with this?

I have sensitivity to electromagnetic fields which can leave me feeling quite ill. I wear something called a Q link which i have found helpful.

Alot of craftspeople make this -- from metal shavings, copper, quartz crystal set inside molds and liquid acrylic or bondo poured in and hardened.

When dry, they knock them out of the molds and plant them near areas with heavy electric magnetic field pollution.-- including computers., or even microwave or cellphone towers.

Just placing one of these on your desk, near your computer- or behind a Television-- or anything that transmits electric magnetic chaos, is said to diffuse the negative energy. I found it to work for me. I believe the Quartz crystal added inside does make the difference also.
