I recently did the blood test and found out that I am a I (0) blood type. According to dr. Peter J. D’Adamo there are foods for each blood type that are healthy, neutral, and poisonous. For my type it’s mainly the meats, seafood, and vegetables that should be consumed, for they are healthy. But even in these categories some are poisonous like bacon, smoked salmon, and potatoes respectably. Then blood (0) types should avoid all dairy, yeast, gluten, wheat, etc. I was surprised to find out that oranges or citruses are poisonous for me. He also advices not to take vitamin e. So I am trying to find out what others think about eating according to your blood type. I have plenty of vitamin c w/bioflavoids and vitamin e. Should I continue to take them or switch to supplements that are different, for instance for vit c I should switch to the one that comes from rose hips? What about vitamin e? It’s important to take it for mercury ill person but not for a blood (0) type. I am confused. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />
