Oh sandi, im so sorry you have to go through it again. I must admit collidal silver looks like its amazing stuff. I would definitly try that first.
When i had mine done, he cut a line in the gum and drilled to the bone, then he put some ozone in (dont have a clue what this is) when he had finished he stitched it up in a certain way, he told me that where he tied the knot it might hurt a bit and it did, i thought i had an infection. He gave me corsodyl, which is a mouthwash that oral surgeons use, he said to put it on with a cotton bud as much as every hour, then aloe ver gel to rub over afterwards, it is amazing stuff. 7 days later i had stitches out. I dont know why your dentist left it open.
