You poor thing <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> Have you been to the doctor to get it checked out?
You could have caught a bug/parasite. Go to curezone's parasite forum and read what to take/symptoms. Most of the stuff is quite similar to candida such as oregano oil, ginger, onions, pumpkin seeds, cayenne, coconut, pineapple (for the bromelain enzyme), cloves, olive leaf extract.........
Stay away from sugars and starches and meat must be cooked well. Vegetables and salads washed extra well.
The ginger tea (made from fresh ginger, shredded in a cup of hot water) is in any case good for nausea. You might be dehydrated too. A pinch of unrefined sea salt for every glass of water might make you feel stronger.
I sure hope you recover as soon as possible, take care

Tracy, when you had your amalgams out, can you tell me how many were done and did you have them done at once? Or did you do a bit at a time?
I am wondering whether you had too many done in one visit and whether this has caused massive acute mercury toxicity, which can causing vomiting.
This is honestly digsuting that you are suffering like this. I for one am angry for you and for myself and others suffering other awful symptoms.
I am concerned, I don't like the sound of the vomiting, weight loss etc. Adn you are geting NO help basically. I mean we can chat on here and support eachother and share symptoms, but who really helps people like us??? Most are left to themselves.
I'd like to know how mercury would cause vomiting and where it would be in order to do this to a person. I have heard of it in acute toxicity, after a large one off dose of it, so that's what made me think of the amalgam removal and if too much was taken out at onetime and maybe not enough protection....

Tracy,
I'm sorry to hear this - I hope you are feeling better by now!
Activated charcoal capsules can sometimes help to quickly absorb toxins, etc in your system, so that might be something you want to try out. When my digestion was messed up for months due to food allergies, that really helped out. I know these are very different situations though. They are pretty cheap, you can find them in any local health food store. If you do decide to take them, just don't take them within 2 hours of any medications, because it absorbs everything (nutrients, meds, supplements, etc).
Feel better!
~Tia
