What about taking B12 that has already been methylated before you take it....my doctor thinks that it will NOT methylate the mercury as the pill has already been methylated before it reaches your body. Anyone know about this....? Does that line of thinking make sense? I do not know enough about the methylating process to know for sure. If your body has to transform the B12 into a methylated form, and it methylates the mercury in the process or as a result.....then that theory makes sense, as your body would not be undertaking the methylating process. But I don't know if that is how it works....

Can anyone either explain that to me, or else let me know if you have heard any supportive or refuting evidence for that? It's what I am going with for now, as my doctor feels it is safe, but I like to do my own research on things and decide for myself too.....

Another question: if I am currently taking a break from chelation and detox, do I even have to worry about this? Sandi mentioned that it's mostly harmful on days you are chelating, and it might be ok to take them other days.

Thanks,
