I asked my doctor about this last week, because B vitamins are necessary for helping adrenals. I had stopped taking my B Complex until I could ask him about it. He said that he has frequently heard of this concern with B12, so he recommended that I take a B12 supplement that is already methylated....since it is already in this form, he feels that it will not then methylate the mercury. I'm getting a bottle of Longevity Plus Beyond B12, which is already methylated.

Has anyone heard anything about this? I really hope that these don't make it worse, because I really need to treat my adrenals. My doctor also pointed out that the first biomedical treatment given to autistic children when they frist start is B12 shots....
