In fact, this story does not reflect all of the emotional changes that took place including nearly all of my fears going away, numerous OCD-like symptoms going away, relationship issues going away, and many other personal issues vanishing as well. These issues went away by themselves in the 2 to 3 years after the removal. It was a completely unexpected benefit that changed my life as much or more than the physical ailments that vanished.

Also, most don't experience immediate benefits because mercury binds to sulphur which means it interferes with many or most protein-related processes (cysteine) and deposits in the body for a long period of time. You cannot remove it too quickly without becoming very ill. You generally have to pace your detox, and it will normally last a few years.

We're not looking for immediate gratification here. Just like the types of diseases that mercury causes which are long-term degenerative, the recovery is generally long-term as well.
