Clinoptilolite is a natural zeolite comprising a microporous arrangement of silica and alumina tetrahedra. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ClinoptiloliteThe aluminium is part of the cage. The cage does not break in the human body. The aluminium is not free in the zeolite. In silver fillings the mercury is free and will come out of the amalgam.
