Glad I read your post Nina as I am starting on Zeolite tomorrow didnt realise you could get it in so many forms, I am getting mine from my doc at the Diagnostic clininc. He reccommends it as it has an afffinity to detox the brain. I would be interested to know if you found it effective with mental symptoms. Thanks Tracy
