I still lose my balance and bump into things quite a bit, but the strength in my limbs is gradually coming back...yours will too if you follow a good diet and slowly incorporate some moderate exercise as you feel better, it all takes time.

Best luck,
Sandi

Yeah, I experience that a lot. Merely walking up stairs I seems to sway from one side to the other. It gets better when ones health improves.

Yes, for about 30 years, I have been bumping into things, clumsy and, off and on, I feel like all the strength has drained out of my legs. I have to stand still because I feel if I try to walk, I will collapse. Haven't had the weakness since amalgam removal, but it is hard to tell, as that symptom used to come and go and was often gone for months or years, only to come back.

I also have balance problems. I will be have to grab onto things to steady myself. It is embarassing at times. I also have to just about drag my right leg sometimes. Between the two things I stumble and trip alot, like a drunk or something. I am hoping this will all go away soon. I have been amalgam free since June of 2006.
