Thanks Sandi. That's what I have been going by, but I wanted to make sure I wasn't doing so needlessly.....I'm going to have to start taking supps in the middle of the night again. I'm supposed to take Primal Defense 3 times a day, and Algin 2-3 times a day.....I don't have 5 -6 times that are 2 hours apart from everything else. A girl's gotta eat! Booo.
