When my amalgam fillings were in, I would often have horrible and vivid dreams and would wake up liternally feeling worse than when I went to bed.
I also found that B vitamins can cause vivid dreams and restless sleep.

Which brings to mind.......be careful not to take B12 when chelating , it can methylate and redistribute the mercury that is supposed to be eliminated.

Sandi, I thought it was just the methyl cobalamin form of B12 which could be dangerous if high mercury in the brain. Is it equally dangerous to use the regular cyanocobalamin type??

Tracy,
Yes!!! I call them "fever dreams" because they are like what happens when I get the flu and have a fever. I also call them anxiety dreams...it's one topic that plays over and over, delirius, doesn't make sense, it's like I'm not fully asleep during parts of it, but not fully awake either. I hate them! Feeling sick and stress tend to bring them on for me.
I don't have any suggestions for you, but I just wanted to let you know that I completely know what you're talking about.
I hope you get a restful night of sleep tonight!

My ND just told me not to take B12 on the day that I took my DMSA...and I used to have those horrible nightmarish dreams too, they have finally stopped.
