Supposeldly taking maganese and zinc in a 1:20 ratio increase copper excretion.
I'm worried because manganese comes out in bile. I'm not producing enough bile and don't want it to build up and become toxic.

I was given manganese right off the hop when I went to my first ND for candida and I think it helped quite a bit. He must have suspected metal toxicity right away, but never told me. It took 2 more years before I found another ND and he told me right off the hop, if you have metal amalgams and candida, you have heavy metal toxicity.
Are you supplementing with zinc and selenium and chromium too?

Have you tried Taurine? This amino acid is also recommended as copper detox treatment as it's a sulphur.
"Taurine may be the best resort for liver disease or any other condition in which tissues swell or fluid accumulates. Further, taurine aids in digestion and the manufacture of bile in your liver to metabolize fats and help break down cholesterol. Taurine may also help gallbladder function by forming tauracholate from bile acids; tauracholate helps increase cholesterol elimination in the bile. Taurine is a key component of bile acids, plays a major role in optimal liver function and is required for the removal of toxic chemicals and metabolites from your body."
