Tracy, you told me that you are allergic to vitamin c. How did you find this out? The reason I ask is that I have tried a new vit c supplement that is citrus free, but I am having the grogginess and rhinitis symptoms that I get with citrus. I'm wondering if I could be allergic to vitamin c, which would explain my reaction to fruit in general? How could I test for this?
