We certaiinly cannot diagnose you on this forum, but I can say that your symptoms are commonly associated with heavy metal toxicity and could be associated with aluminum.

I would search this forum and read about others who have similar symptoms and try what they've done. You just may find the answer you're searching for.

Elevated TSH is often an indicator or mercury toxicity. Fatigue could be caused by low T3 (which is often undetected by conventional thyroid tests).
