Hello I just found out I have hyperthyroidism but I am happy. I did it on purpose I wanted to change and I listened to some CDs. I lost 154 pounds. From 2001 to 2003. I also I kicked my metabolism into high drive but I also became not depressed. I don't sleep and i am never tired or sleepy but if i stay awake for to many days my body becomes very sick from no sleep for to long. So i take medication to help me sleep. i am very excited and so are my doctors they are sending ME to specialist to study me they think i might be able to help others with severe depression like i had for so many years and anxiety. and being over weight. i used some books and CDs. things that are not drugs. if your interested you may contact me at skyblewu@aol.com i would like to help others for free. i don't want to profit off this in any way if i can help others loose weight or not be depressed like i was after something severe I want to help them. Burns, MD, it is the clinical proven from university of Pennsylvania. i ALSO USED ANTHONY ROBBINS STUFF. I WENT OFF ALL MY MEDICATIONS MY DOCTOR IS THRILLED WITH ME. I TURNED INTO HIS START DEPRESSED PATIENT, BECOMING NOT DEPRESSED ANYMORE. I ALSO STOPPED TAKING ALL MEDICATIONS I TAKE FOR ANXIETY. NOW I EAT MORE HEALTHY AND AM MORE ACTIVE LIKE I WAS WHEN YOUNG I, AM 46 AND FEEL 18 AGAIN. EVEN WHEN PEOPLE LOOK AT ME AND MY 12 YEAR OLD THEY THINK WE ARE SISTERS. THEY THINK MY SONS ARE MY HUSBAND. BUT THEY ARE 23 AND 22. NO ONE CAN TELL HOW OLD WE OR I, AM.
