It tends to be in a lot of hair and skin products. There are many different kinds of EDTA and I don't know if they are all chelators or not. Calcium EDTA is usually what is used for oral caps and IVs for chelation, but maybe others are too.

I assume that it would be fine to use that product, but I don't really know....sorry I can't be of more help.
