I had this when I was becoming sick, and didn't know what was happening. I think you have also posted about feeling fluey? This internal shaking and feeling fluey is adrenal fatigue. Your adrenals are not producing enough cortisol, and this is giving you the fluey feeling. I had this for a year before I knew what is was, and by then things had got pretty bad. Mercury directly affects the adrenals, and an underactive thyroid will also make them worse. Save yourself an adrenal crash and serious ill health and get some form of adrenal support - glandulars would be a good starting place. If you want to know more about adrenals here are a couple of links www.drrind.comhttp://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/messagesIt would be an idea to get some form of saliva testing to find out what exactly is going on. There are various labs in the UK that do this, here's one http://www.iwdl.net/home.htmI wish someone had told me about adrenals before mine crashed. I had obvious adrenal problems in a hair analysis I had done, but I didn't know what to look for, or what the signs were. Do you have the Andy Cutler book Amalgam Illness? Here he explains all about adrenal insufficiency and what to do about it. Please don't ignore this and hope it will go away - it will only get worse until it is properly treated. Nicola

I get the internal tremors too although they're not as bad as they used to be. They seem to be worse when I eat too much sugar or when I get anxious or stressed. I was told by my cranial osteopath that the mercury was in my nervous system and that was causing the tremors. It's not a nice feeling and makes it really hard to relax. I also get flu like syptoms on and off which I've had since I was a child and never knew what caused them.
