Hi i'm no expert on this but if he is feeling bad,it probably means mercury is still bound up inside the body,you probably need to do more chelation and treat symptoms/side effects you describe.
This in fo was from me reading cutlers book,you're not going o be healed from a round of dmsa,as his thyroid,hypothalmus,and other functions and/or organs are still poisoned.
