I used HMD a couple of weeks after removal and was very sick, i think i took 2 caps in one day, im not sure, it was way too soon after removal i think.
I got depressed, suicidal, lethargic etc.
If i used them again i would go really slow like a quarter of a capsule to start off with , also i would use Algin.
I might start using them again in a few months, but go slowly this time.
