It is hard because when you're in stage 1 or 2 mercury toxicity, mercury in the hair and blood is low. It's only when you reach stage 3 that it will show up elevated in hair and blood tests. In fact, when you're in stage 1 or 2, mercury will be very low. You have to look for other signatures in stage 1 and 2 persons such as elevated hair calcium or elevated urine porphins.
