Sandi, In Hal Huggins book "It's all in your Head" he states that it is the disarragement of minerals in the hair sample that alerts a mercury toxcity. I do understand that high levels of mercury in hair is not indicative of toxcity but the opposite. High levels means you are excreting it. So low levels may mean body organs and tissues are holding on to it. I just want to tackle this from all angles. My friends and extended family will not believe me unless I got proof and I want to be sure this is what I have. I really have no doubt this is my problem, I just want to be sure I am choosing the best resources to detect the problem.
My goal is to do it right the first time, but this does not happen as much as I would like.
Thank You everyone for all that I have learned thus far.
Blessings,
Veggiemom
