Hi everyone!

My last two metal filling removals will be this September 1st. I read on a particular vitamin link the other day that you have to begin chelating two weeks before your last filling removal. I bookmarked the site, but this morning, I noticed the page was removed from that site.

It listed all the things to start taking - and when to stop after the 3rd week- and begin other supplements.

Cilantro was included in this. I think they mentioned Cilantro should be taken two weeks before and stopped the third week after the filling removal.

I was under the impression you dont start chelating until AFTER ALL fillings are replaced -- then you begin. If i'm wrong, I better get of f my butt and start cuz its not even going to be 2 weeks now.

Please help- What do you reccomend I start doing now? since these will be my LAST two metal fillings, I know at some point I will be experiencing that chaotic Mercury Dump a month or so after they are all out..

I would not start chelating until all the fillings are removed.

Also, be careful with cilantro. It is powerful and very effective. When taking a mercury "expeller" like cilantro, make sure you take something to prevent redistribution like Algin.

Let us know how your detox goes when you start.

Hi you guys, keep me in your thoughts and prayers- Today at 12:00 am I will be getting my last two metal fillings replaced (upper molars)

Ive been colon cleansing this week prior to this, and eating very healthy- (no refined sugars, flour,etc) . I have been supplementing prior with Ester-C/Bioflavonoids, Grapeseed Extract, MSM, Coral Calcium, Zinc, Selenium, Vitamin E (natural),etc.

After my dental visit today, I will be heading home and going right into the shower to shampoo and wash off any mercury vapor that ended up on me. (Thanks, Russ, for that tip!)

I have a can of saline solution to rinse out my eyes directly afterwards, my bottle of Algin and Vitamin C , my car fan to blow on my face on the way home, and Dental Chelat mouthwash to use in place of their dental mouthwash.

Also wearing detox foot pads aftwards, and will be taking an Epsom Salts bath Friday.

Liver flushing after this too. (thank God for vacation days!)

Even though I've been going to a regular non-holistic dentist for these filling removals, i've been having success so far by doing my part to prepare and follow-up with each visit. The fact that this dentist hates mercury for other reasons than why WE hate it and that he uses a high speed suction, and will use a rubber DAM on anyone who requests has helped. The dental hygenist told me he wont order any mercury amalgam for his office-- he said its' a big waste. His father- a retired dentist-- always had bad luck with it staining people's teeth and creating fractures down the road.

I didnt know about taking a shower immediately afterwards, so after the 2nd dental visit I did notice I had alot more than normal hair in my hair brush for a few weeks afterwards.. After reading what Russ said on showering after , I began taking MSM supplements and immediately showered after my last dental visit.

Had no more hair loss this last removal in August- , and between the Coral Calcium and MSM, I cant believe how thick and long my fingernails are growing! They used to ALWAYS split and break and could never grow long for years - I thought that was normal but guess not!

Also, I've been reading Kevin Trudeau's book, "Natural Cures", and got many tips on dealing with everyday toxins from him. I have noticed my bowel movements are more frequent after only two weeks so far of following things he mentioned in Chapter 6. (dont listen to the media- read that book from start to finish- it is very worth it. Kevin also reccomends dental metals removal for everyone.).

well theyre out-- thank the Lord! My molar is tender right now- but that's usual after the novacaine wears off. My eyes were slightly blood shot after leaving the dental office. So i sprayed them with canned saline solution. And took the shower/shampoo right afterwards. Now theyre white again.

Im ready for chelation- but dont want to start too fast . Im going to take Algin with anything that has chelate qualities to it.

Thanks to you guys for supporting me and giving me the inspiration to get all the metal fillings out when I first joined . Reading all your experiences and how you got over the slump took away my fear.


The owner of a really cool health food store I go to has metal fillings in also but is afraid to have them removed. When I first had the idea to get them removed he tried to discourage me.-- he is afraid of the "mercury dump" that happens, and since he owns a small business, he is afraid it may interfere.

I am going to give him the Herb Allure link to get Algin., (a real lifesaver) and also tell him my experience so far.

Sometimes to heal, we have to go through upheavels in life- before true restoration can take place. Geuss that's true in everything in life-- Health, restoring a home devestated in a fire, etc..., . Detoxifying isnt pleasant,but it lays the purest groundwork for a better Beginning.!
