I just heard of this test that is done by specialist laborities. From what I've read, it's the best test to determine metal allergy. http://www.melisa.org/Has anyone had it? I'm thinking of getting a mercury test done by them, if I can get one.

Yes, I have been interested in this test also, but I couldn't figure out from the website whether it is just an allergy test, or it actually tests how much mercury is in your body. Any ideas?

I have a feeling that this is an allergy test and does not measure the amount of mercury in the body.

There is a place in London that does MELISA test as part of Toxic Metal Screening, but the entire process costs £500.
