I have noticed in my experiences with people that they tend to are annoyed by things in other people that they dislike or perceive as weaknesses in themselves.
I have, therefore, learned that when I become annoyed with another person for some reason, to first look at myself, find what I dislike or disrespect in myself that causes me to have this reaction, and then change myself. Only then will I have the discipline and tact to approach another in love and respect about their possible shortcoming.

[This message has been edited by Russ (edited May 08, 2001).]
