Hi again!
My mother and my grandmother all had/have horrible varicose veins. I have the same tendency, but never had children, so my case is far less severe.
I've noticed that by eating raw fruits and veggies, and elminating meat and dairy from my diet, that the veins have greatly dissapeared from view on my legs. Also, the cramps are no longer there. This is just from a diet overhaul/improvement alone and cleanses such as colon cleanses.
Temporary- but beneficial things that help while you are on the track of improvement are the following:
1- Cut up a ripe pineapple. Save the core and skins. Rub the skins and/or core all over your legs- including the sores of the varicose veins. Let the pineapple juices remain on the legs for a bit while you do chores about the house.
Then rinse off with cold water in the bathtub.
You may also rub the legs after you dry them off with a mixture of Aloe Vera Gel and blended raw Ginger Root.
Whenever possible, walk barefoot in the home-- this will stimulate the circulation as God intended. Shoes are the worst thing for leg circulation.
Use footsie rollers. Get those sandals or shoe inserts that massage your feet while you walk.
I can give you a link to an awesome Herbal website that sells these inserts for very cheap-- for men or women. i just got a pair and wore them to work this past Monday. WOW, I loved them!
At the end of the day, i had to take them out of the sneakers, as my feet needed a break., but no dull pains in my lower calves at all-- in fact, I felt the blood moving freely in the lower calves and it felt wonderful :-)
These inserts are pliable rubber- not harsh plastic. Let me know -- i'll copy/paste the link for you.
Anyways, what helps me is always fiinishing off my shower with a cold leg rinse at the end. The change from warm to cold water gets the pooled blood moving.
Vitamin K cream really does work for broken blood vessels, bruises and spider veins. I intend to get some vitamin K cream as I do have some spidey veins remaining.
The last time I used it, years ago, it worked tremendously- but at that point, I was eating all the Western junk foods, and artery clogging junk from fast food places, etc., so I hadnt gotten to the root of the problem. New spider veins would return.

Great advice... thanks. Feel free to post a link to the place that has the helpful inserts. I don't mind people posting links on this system as long as it pertains to the subject and is not a blatent spam. It's all about helping people with information. Also, there is an NSP product (herbal combination) specifically for this and I've heard it works great. Let me see if I can find it in my messaging system: Vari-Gone

The website for the feet inserts is www.mhdewormer.comhowever, they're website host pulled out and they cant sell online just yet. I have a phone number that the herbalist and his wife are taking orders at. You can call them (wife will answer) at 937-666-6107 They are taking orders at thier home til the website gets back up. This guy is amazing- he wildcrafts his own herbs., and treats the Amish -- especially cancer victims. He makes his own DeWormer with his own Wildcrafted herbs (Black Walnut Hull , etc.) Ive used his Dewormer with great success- He has studied the works of Dr. Christopher, Dr. Hays, etc. The old time herbalist doctors- If you order from him- tell him Boldyloxx sent ya and sends her regards!
