Hi All, Sorry I havn't been around in awhile, been very stressed lots of personal problems. But I came across a product called "candida yeast support" which I believe contains mostly probiotics. Has nyone had experience with this product? Wondering how good it is. Also how good is Three Lac for candida? Is it possible to ever be rid of this ugly beast? I find it impossible to be sugar free for life not to mention the other dietary restrictions. Its like being in jail... alife term sentence. There has got to be another way. Appreciate the feedback, thanks. Diane

I tried one bottle of it and it did nothing really, but you might need more than one to do something right? I was needing to take Pau Darco just to keep Candida down even while on that there, that worked better at the same time. Threelac I used three cans of, if you use it right and for long enough it is great, I thought I was cured of Candida and felt alot more energy and felt alot better on the threelac, before that food allergies were bad and I felt really bad and depressed! This turned me around for about a year (Even after I stopped it and used Primal defense). Eventually Candida came back and I was back to square one again. I recommend the threelac over that, although very expensive it was a good product if used two times a day and really helped Candida.
BTW I was on no diet when using it, never was nor never will be because you can't eat a thing! I would rather live some.

Some have gotten worse using probiotics. Probiotic bacteria might methylate mercury. Imo a better idea is to use plenty of cayenne powder, garlic, ginger, turmeric, and cinnamon on your food.
I feel much worse after eating sugar, so I don't dare do it. I went for a long time without eating wheat, but recently added wheat back to my diet. I felt hungry all the time when I was off grains. Some people substitute other grains for wheat.

I don't get the probiotics making some worse though, of course I always did well on Dr Ohiras or Primal defense etc., they always did me well as the threelac did! I only got positive results from those things, so some might not tolerate them like you said but some do great on those. I agree on the spices though, great stuff!

Three Lac is awsome, I can finnaly take it its been over a year, I couldnt take it beacause the lemon flavor made me so sick and caused allot of allergic reactions but I am able to have it now!! Yippey. I agree with the spices if you are not allergic to them I am alergic to garlic and can have small amounts of spices, hoepfully that will continue. I know what you mean about being hungry off of grains I am so allergic to gluten again I have to stay away so I am replacing it with other gluten free grains Ive been gluten free pretty much my entire life, if you are intrested in help with using diffrent gluten free grains contact me, I am a proffesional chef and love to help ppl, I acutally just started a blog and am writting my recipes and information as well on there I have many food allergies.

Thx you guys for the feedback. I think I'm gonna try the threelac. I've heard incredible things about it especially if you hang in there for awhile. Diane
