Any ideas on the best strategy for taking mineral supplements? I believe I read somewhere that the body is not as efficient at getting rid of excess copper and zinc while chelating, so perhaps these should only be taken on off days, and that copper should be taken at a separate meal from the molybdenum, or perhaps is it better to take the copper at a different meal than zinc? While some may have excess copper, I think I may be copper deficient, especially since I am taking a mg a day of molybdenum(which tends to decrease copper levels). I take most of my calcium supplementation at a separate meal from the magnesium(some of my other supplements have some calcium in them).
