South Bend Indiana, why doesn't it get dark anymore?
Taken around 1 AM, there should NOT have been enough light for my camera to take this picture it totally blurs out in the dark (it was even brighter in person). I've noticed in Indiana the nights are no longer dark but I'm not witnessing this in Chicago you can actually see the night sky quite well here, it's peculiar.

I know it stays light here on night when the moon is full. In your picture, it looks like a lot of light coming off the clouds. Are these city lights reflecting?

That's the light pollution from a really small area driving out of south bend through indiana. The drive remained very light for the entire duration of the trip. In the actual city the clouds appeared to glow
