Hey all. I managed to do a round of DMSA for the first time, it was rough but well well worth it. I tried ALA and i simply cant tolerate it. Which brings me what i experienced the other day. I know i have a lot of mercury in my joints, especially my spine as i can feel it risen where my neck is, well i ate some cilantro the other day and it made my neck loosen up instead of feeling stiff. Obviously mercury was being mobilised from this area. I know people do the DMSA/ALA route but the effect i got from the cilantro was so positive that im considering using it with the DMSA. Has anyone had any luck using cilantro to detox mercury because i think it might be for me.

there are people who had luck with it... others got much worse.... I personally would NEVER try cilantro if you haven't lowered your body burden enough.
If DMSA is still rough for you it is too early to use ALA. Lower your body burden with DMSA first, then try ALA again. If you cannot tolerate it no matter what, you may try cilantro but keep in mind that this is a very risky protocol and i do not recommend it...
