I don't know what made me wait so long...but 2 1/2 years after getting 10 amalgams replaced safely I finally started chelating with ALA. I've used an infrared sauna many many times with seemingly positive effects and have been improving but really wanted to try ALA to get mercury specifically out of my brain.

1st two rounds were 3 days on, 4 days off w/ 30mg ALA every 3 hours. Symptoms were noticeable but very tolerable. I felt a noticeable difference after 2 rounds in how much energy I had...not too drastic but definite feels like something changed...which I didn't think I would notice that soon, but we'll see how it holds up. The weather has also been cooler though which could explain why I am feeling a bit better. The heat can be oppressing with mercury.

I'm almost done with my 3rd round, but my dosage this time was 50mg ALA every three hours. Definitely feels like more is moving but still tolerable.

After reading more into Andy Cutler's protocol I felt a lot better about it...

I still want to start taking more iodine but always have a hard time sleeping after using it...so I figured try a safer way to get the mercury out and then see how the iodine affects me.
