You mean amen sister  I agree Sean, the more information we can get out there, the better. I like to think that my suffering hasn't been in vain, when I can help another person. Though we may not be professionals, we have been forced into investigating and finding ways to improve ourselves. I am peeping the video right now. Takes time to download, I'm on dial-up. But from what I'm seeing, it's quite eerie and really well done with the music too. But it's the message! All ties in eh? Yes praise God! I would not be here if He had not carried me through and still has to do so.

Though we may not be professionals, we have been forced into investigating and finding ways to improve ourselves and hopefully can pass that on and prevent the same for another, or at least help them if they have fallen into it. I am peeping the video right now. Takes time to download, I'm on dial-up. But from what I'm seeing, it's kind of eerie and really well done. I love the music that's been put with it. But it's the message! Yes praise God! I would not be here if He had not carried me through. I need His help everyday of my life. I have to thank my now-husband for waking me up to all this stuff. I was the typical dumb 19 year old when I met him. Didn't think anything could stop me or would effect me. You know how that goes... Well, in a matter of months my outlook on life was changed forever. Once you know the truth you can't be fooled again. No matter what lies they try to spew on the TV (which we don't own anymore) it wouldn't phase me. I can see right through it. We listen to the Alex Jones show on a regular basis which helps to keep me informed on the new horrible things occurring. Some people give him a bad rap, but I find his info refreshing.
I still learn more every day. Before finding Andy Cutler's information on mercury detox I had no idea what I was going to do. My husband somehow found this website and I am so glad he did!!! Sean I agree. This is the BEST forum I have ever been to. Most of them are full of closed-minded people... I just can't be around closed-minded people now. It really bothers me.
Sadly my social life is non-existent these days too. It's hard to be friends with people who don't understand what is going on. They laugh at you when you try to tell them about stuff and I don't need that nonsense. So I consider all of you my friends even though I've never met any of you in real life. haha!

I agree birdlady. I've woken up so much to all this, but sadly it took years of illness to do it. I was riding high before that and eating whatever I wanted. I still wouldn't listen when I started getting sick, until the suffering got so bad, I wanted to kill myself. So it took a big change in my diet and lifestyle and one in which I was not happy about. Until I figured out it was saving my life. My social life is non-existent also, aside from close family. And yep, many people do not understand, or they look at you weirdly anyway if you do try to explain. So I tend to just keep myself to myself. It's great on here eh? People really do understand. I consider you all my friends also. I've been on here now for about.....2 years? Yikes, what does that tell you? I spend more time on here with you guys I think than I do anywhere else. Hey what did you guys think of the link in the top post? Did you click it and read the information? I think it's one of the best sites I've seen in regards to trustworthy information. They get alot of this from Dr Weston Price who studied health and cultures around the world for many years! I would really advise you save the information on your computer to refer to when you want. It's amazing you said that, I feel exactly the same way! Ofcourse you need some interaction with those closeminded people when you haven't got openminded people in your local community (Sadly). To isolate oneself fully, isn't psychologicly healthy, but neither are too much superficial contact with "idiots", when you have to wear a mask! Glad you all are here, and that we have found each others!

Cheers Great, i'we been there before, but i suspected some of it were twisted (The milk issue for an instance), twisted but not completely untrue or true.. Anyway i just read, and posted a link from that site regarding synthetic vitamins and (vitamine c). Thanks Bex! Now i have a complete understanding of why i don't tollerate the vitamins i have bought, and also why you didn't tollerate the synthetic garlic! And besides.. I use a macbook with OSX. So i can easily save web pages to PDF, and i do! all the time.. To secure the info i read, in "fear" that it someday may dissapear due to many things... Censouring agents getting to those sites beein one of the reasons a site may dissapear, but not allways the case! It is great to have on the HD and on CD's. What if that info is gone one day when you need it, or if it has been altered or tampered with!!!! I allways save and backup worthy info sites! Allways!

Also i'm getting better now, slowly, but getting there!
From eating right! With raw greens and with my old trustworthy pal:
1 minute stake with raw garlic and raw broccoli and red wine!
They say that red meat is dangerous on TV (especially raw meats), but i allways get a stabile stomach from eating that dish! And from what i have read this night, i now know why it's working wonders for me! I feel healthy from that dish too, BUT... It's "elite" food (CEO food)... It's expensive.. atleast in Norway! So that is why poor people avoid it, and also bacouse the media says it's not good for you..
The misinformation about what is good and what is bad, and the monetary control in which the best foods are "inavailable" to the poor, makes the poor suffer the worst from illnesses and diseases!!!!!
It's like the poorest and mindlaziest people are beein targeted for genocide!! (Indirectly).
Anyways... Look at southern France!! Research that... The French are known for eating undercoocked food, and the southern French are known for the high fat intake and their good health too, much because of their special brand of grapes in their red wines, that "compensates" for the high fat diet they eat!

Heh.. i recommend listening to George Carlin, as he uses humor as a carrier for the TRUTH! He once said that, I can't even get a decent hamburger in America anymore... They cook the sh.. out of the meat these days! (i.e Overcooked food isn't good for ya!). And btw, this guy is funny to listen to too... Cheers!

I really like buffalo meat of all things! In fact some days I crave it. Now I'm not much of a meat eater, but I do eat enough to get what I need in my diet.
Recently I have been craving olives. They are so delicious. I get ones that are stuffed with garlic. YUM!
I've looked into the raw meat diet and I think it can be really helpful for people with yeast problems. Obviously though you have to get high quality meat in order to do this. I used to post on mercola's metabolic diet board (he now calls it nutritional type). Lots of people with fast oxidation seem to have yeast problems. Whereas people with slow oxidation (me) don't have yeast problems. Fast oxidizers usually had trouble with constipation and "IBS". No one complained of these things on the slow oxidizer forum. I can't really understand why, but it is certainly interesting. Fast oxidizers overall had a LOT more problems than the slow oxidizers. It's like every little thing bothered them. Makes me wonder where the cause and effect comes into play.

Hmmm.... (Oxydizing) Raw meat quality.. yeah.. I don't really know the quality of the beef i get from the store, but i will bet and or hope that meats in Norway is a lot cleaner than in the U.S especially. I don't know Birdlady... are you American? Yeah about olives... i guess if you crave em, then they're good for you. Hmm olives stuffed with garlic? hmm.. sound like a good potatochips substitution.. Btw, did you know about the area under our tounges which can be used for food reaction testing because that area takes up the nutrients and toxins from food allmost instantly!? Did you know? Sometimes at hospitals it is said that they put (rapid uptake) pills or tablets under there.... Namely for that reason!

I think you'd be extremely ill from taking it. They do not even consider the half-life of ALA and mercury redistribution. Also you cannot detox with amalgams in. Period. I would not start with ALA right away because you still have body mercury. If you'd take ALA with a high mercury body levels, the mercury could actually GO INTO the brain! (I haven't started ALA yet) In addition, there is no more than some supplements and ALA in it. Just try the Cutler detox once your amalgams are out. I'm not understanding your aversion to it. /shrug You simply supplement with whatever you feel your body needs. You are essentially forced to take whatever supplements THEY think is important. The type of vitamin C in their formula is only to help stabilize the ALA and nothing more. Setting aside the health risks of taking it. Here is the cost compared to DMSA/ALA detox. On their website they quote what IV chelation costs, but that is ineffective and dangerous. Let's assume you'd take 36 capsules a day with Chelorex. One bottle would last you 15 days. At $90 a bottle you are looking at a cost of $180 a month. You take it once every 12 hours. About 3 hours after each dose, you will become extremely ill. This is when the ALA blood levels would begin to fall and the mercury would get reabsorbed into the brain and other tissues. You can buy low dose ALA from this website with DMSA. http://livingnetwork.co.za/zencart/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=65_74&sort=20a&page=1 100 capsules for about $32. It could be cheaper, but it depends on the dosing and what you want. If you detox for 4 days each round and take 4 days off, you are looking at 32 pills every 8 days. To make the math a little easier, let's just say you do 4 rounds a month. You'd be at 128 capsules. In each bottle the capsules costs 32 cents. So a 1 month supply of DMSA/ALA would run you $40.96 This other stuff you linked would cost you $180 a month to use. Using ALA continuously for 45 days will significantly increase your body's copper load. You could in theory become copper toxic from using the Chelorex. In their "clinical test results" they conveniently leave out copper. I can't believe they mention NOTHING about this and it is known even in mainstream medicine to decrease copper clearance. The one size fits all detox formulas just don't work. That is why Dr. Cutler doesn't compound a formula with every single supplement he recommends. Some times what is good for one person e.g(NAC, sulfur foods) isn't good for another. The other thing that scares me about Chelorex is that they do not tell you how much ALA is in it. They could be pumping you with 600mg and you would have no idea because it is a "proprietary" blend. I've become very skeptical of these "mercury detox cleanses" that everyone in their brother are selling now. I've gotten very sick from them and now I know I can understand why.

I read all teh posts and wow sounds all so familiar to me. I stay pretty much to myself except close family. I still cannot stand being out in public around alot of people. I am also thankful I found this site which I feel God led me straight to. At the time I was going to an ND here in town and they were just killing me with pain. Using alot of the wrong things and none of it was agreeing with me. By God's guidance I found this site. Wonderful day that was and although I am A little better I still need to be in contact with people like me...mercury and the whole detox thing. Nice to have someone to talk to who doesn't think you just stepped on earth from planet mars. All my friends think I am weird because I won't go to a dr for that so called magic pill they all keep taking and not getting any better.
Trying to get the info out there is easy but getting anyone to listen to ya is a different story. They are all brain dead unless they been searching for why they continously feel like crap.
Alex Jones yeah I like that guy we listen too almost everyday. he's good about getting the info out there. In oct when mainstream media was talking 24/7 about the economy, Well I could not handle it so I turned off the tv and put his show on and felt so much better. Another couple of guys I like are Larry Bates and also I listen to Irvan Baxter sometimes too. Larry Bates is really good too, he's all about ahat they are doing to the economy.
