I did an D Earth dose a few days ago but is that stuff even really safe or studied? Who the hell knows, it for sure is not studied and I felt horrible. Whats the best herb I can take? Wormwood? Anyone done a good cleanse?

According to what I read on the net, some of the food grade diat. earth varieties are safer than others. Some zoos are experimenting with it to deworm animals. The problem is that you have no idea what grade the stuff you are buying is, so you are taking a chance. I haven't even seem much about human use. I would not use it.

I have had good results with Kroeger Wormwood Combination, although any formala that has wormwood, black walnut green hull extract, and clove will probably work. You should also eat plenty of raw garlic. That is an excellent antiparasitic. So is ginger. I use ginger oil rather than raw ginger, but eat raw garlic.

I will not TOUCH it again after those nights!!! Seriously it was that lethal to me JK!!! Good post man, peace. I will not expiriment on myself, no need to even do that..... I am worth so much more than that stuff, I am not a rat.

BTW do you stink off Garlic? I work and around lots of cute women wink. I can't be stinking man! I will think of it, but I can't stink too bad.

Hmm...I've never had a problem with diatomaceous earth. It's regularly added to grains to keep bugs away.

Just try something else for parasites for now. I liked the now foods fresh green black walnut, wormwood, clove tincture. My animals eat large amounts (the goats like 1/2 cup a day sometimes) and only get healthier...but me, I can feel strong effects from 1/2 teaspoon...

Did you ever try bentonite clay? I get the same reaction from bentonite as I get from D. Earth...and bentonite is pretty well known to be safe.

D. Earth is merely fossilized hard shelled sea creatures...its nothing crazy or way out there. It has been used mixed in with grains for quite a while to prevent insects from living on them...so we've eaten small amounts of it probably most of our lives.

[/quo te]I felt really weird and like I had the flu on it for two nights pretty much, and that was at 1/4 of a teaspoon pretty much. I felt like heat going through my body and the worse die offs I have experienced from anything else. I don't want to try it again soon, very scary experiece lol, I felt horrible.

It might have just been bad die offs? It was really uncormfortable though and I have to work so I could not feel that bad. I only took half a teaspoon as well at first, then 1/4 the next night, and felt HORRIBLE! That low dosage and felt that bad man. It probably is just very strong die offs though, it sucked. Thanks for telling me what it was, it does not seem dangerous at all or anything to be worried about taking, alot safer than whats in food and water basically. I might try it again, but I will try the other things first to see if I get a similar reaction, then I know what it was.

BTW hard shelled sea creatures? Like what kind? Maybe an allergy to them?

They are microscopic sea creatures, called diatoms. I think they are a type of hard shelled algae.

I guess an allergy would be possible, but you could just have some serious parasites.

I would try a parasite cleanse with some herbs, or see how you react to bentonite clay.

I know what you mean Sean, some things really just make me feel terrible and I gotta work too, but many of my friends take bigger dosages of D. Earth (up to a tablespoon a day) and they always come back asking me for more.

The main things that still affect me strongly are D. Earth, Clay, and hard work. I feel so over-stimulated after doing some heavy work and just feel really wierd and hyper, with a racing mind. I've recently started taking 30mg ALA after doing heavy work and again 3 hours later, and that seems to help protect me from the mercury that is released from the stress.

Basically DE works by scratching the exoskeleton of bugs, parasites and worms which causes them to lose water. Ultimately they die from dehydration. Your symptoms lead me to believe you have A LOT of parasites.

I copied this from the website I linked below.
Diatomaceous earth (DE) is the remains of microscopic one-celled plants (phytoplankton) called diatoms that lived in the oceans and lakes that once covered the western part of the US and other parts of the world.

Just verify you are using FOOD GRADE diatomaceous earth. You could become very sick if you use the pool filter grade because I believe chemicals are added into it.

This website has a lot of information to look over.

Have you done any type of colon or parasite cleanses in the past? If not, then you are probably just getting die off symptoms. The first time I did a colon cleanse I felt absolutely terrible. Good luck!

The way I reacted just tells me I have a TON of parasites like you said, I would bet money on that frown Great another problem on top of the Mercury and Candida! Shoot. BTW I got the Wolf Creek D. Earth food grade, that kind is apparently really good! correct? I have done a colon cleanse, I did not get really sick at all but used the bathroom a hell of alot, too much for my liking since I go so much anyways. Parasite cleanse is new to me. I tried a Candida cleanse or stuff to kill it and got die offs alot, but they were nowhere near as bad as this. I felt HORRIBLE! I am going to try it again and start at the lowest dosage and see if I can build up and get used to it and get the benefits, lord willing.

The first colon cleanse I ever did was from Dr. Natura. I'm not exactly sure how mercury safe it is, but it was very effective. The tea was pretty wicked because it had senna in it. You aren't supposed to use that long term and some people say not to use it all. I guess I'd have to do more research on it to make a definitive stance.

I remember how terrible I felt the first week. I thought my insides were gonna explode. At the time I was working at Kohl's and it was during Christmas! hahah There was this horrible knot that wouldn't go away. Well I stuck with it and really helped my body clear itself out. I stayed on it for a month and a half. Then about a year later I did it again and did not have symptoms even half as bad as the first. From my experience the first good colon cleanse is really painful. You figure all those years of parasites growing and food clogging the intestines significantly affects the body.

I'd wait to start something new, when you have a few days off in a row from work. Working and detoxing may not mix very well. Especially the first week of it! haha

They were classic die offs, just ones I have not experienced that bad before, I felt like I was hot and had the flu! I guess that is normal, but I wish I could slow that down with something like Charcoal perhaps and start it again. I really want to use that stuff, it is great!

BTW around Christmas is the worst time to do it if you work, damn people everywhere and no time to relax really, you need a sharp mind then.
