I heard that the yeast found in ezekiel bread does not feed the fungal growth in our bodies if we have candida. Dos that make sense to anyone? Does that mean that ating ezekial bread even though it has yeast in it would be an OK choice for candida people? Thx!!

Though it may not 'feed' candida directly, when you have candida issues, you can react to yeast in foods. In fact, I used to feel the effects when consuming a spread containing yeast in it. Though it was healthy and contained much B vitamins, there were still issues with the yeast. Indirectly yeast in foods may encourage candida to grow due to causing reactions/allergic etc.
It depends how you react. You "maybe" ok, you may not. I used to be relatively ok consuming non gluten breads and to be honest, I cannot recall if they contained yeast or not. I was once ok with non wheat/gluten breads though and enjoyed them. I cannot eat any high carbohydrates now though, even if they are non gluten.

Interesting, (((( Smiles ))))
I have been eating Ezekiel bread for awhile now but once in a while I eat Light Tapioca Loaf though the bread size is lots smaller but... I also think that yeast is becoming more and more of a problem in people's life because of all the toxic exposures in life besides fungus. Plus more and more people seem to be getting food allergy's these days lots of people guts seem to be messed up gut flora and that could also be because we are an over antibiotic taking society and we do have more issues it seems these days. There is a video, I found that talked about the gut flora over antibiotic problem but was hedgy on the "over vaccination problem " which I believe is messing up people's guts as well as the past "over mercury mouth filling problem" which still lingers to this days. All that no doubt has most likely messed up something inside us even when one would rather just focus on the over antibiotic issue but ignore or even deny the other issues's... For reasons of tunnel vision I believe because of their beliefs or profession or maybe their in the industry which is pretty much what you all believe anyway.. which is why I am here because I believe it too and more and more people in society these days are believing it as well. The medical community needs to catch up with all of us who do see the problems and issues and are not just going away, yet.. So now they see the gut brain issue thing. But for us, thats just not good enough. And autism and food allergy's and autoimmunity and other health problems are on the rise. Thats what draws people to these kinds of boards/sites because people want answers they are not getting anywhere else. So, which bread is the best? The Light Tapioca Loaf?
