Hi everyone, Still battling candida and sugar cravings. I heard about vegatable glycerine as a sweetener that doesn't spike sugar levels in fact it stabilizes them. Anyone have any insight in this for the paerson battling candida? Thx

I wasn't aware that vegetable glycerine is sweet. Cinnamon will help stabilize sugar levels, is sweet, and have very few calories and almost no carbohydrates. http://www.herbwisdom.com/herb-cinnamon.htmlAn easy way to add concentrated cinnamon to any food is by using cinnamon oil. Just a small number of drops are needed. As part of my regimen, I mix 4 drops of each, cinnamon oil, peppermint oil, 1/3 diluted oregano oil, and ginger oil into a spoon of coconut oil 3x a day. Licorice root is sweet and has almost no calories. It is also a mild laxative. I use licorice tea almost every day. http://www.herbwisdom.com/herb-licorice-root.htmlCoconut oil is good for battling candida, viruses, and bacterial infections.
