I recently added coconut oil to my regimen. Coconut oil is both antifungal and antiparasitic. It is also good to help combat constipation. Many with candida overgrowth and/or parasites also suffer from constipation.

Be careful coconut oil is VERY good for both but can cause major die off if taken too much too fast. I use it on my skin for yeast rashes or itching and for make up removal - it is good for acne. I haven't tried drinking it yet - I am overloaded right now just on parasite cleanse alone. Thank you JK98 for recommending the parasite cleanse to me - at first I thought it might be too much on my body and stopped it for a day but when I see what it does in my bowels I am convinced that I have a bigger parasite problem than I ever imagined. I don't even have to take the half dose and I have so much die off - I feel horrible - headaches, nausea, dizzy, blurred vision, and beleive it or not itchy butt. I have been grinding my teeth a lot too and some anxiety. I've been trying to keep all elimination areas clear - sweating at sauna, drinking tons of water, castor oil packs for liver, and tea for constipation. Not sure how much is die off and how much is mercury detox but either way I know I will be better for it in the end. My mood is great - I never had this attitude before when trying to get better - I was always depressed and unsure as to whether the treatment would work - but I also never had control - I always gave that to the doctors - this time I am in control of my own healing! That's a wonderful thing.

I don't "drink" the coconut oil. I take just 3 or so teaspoons of it a day. I can't imagine what reaction I would get if I drank a cup of it. A cup of it also has many calories. A tablespoon(3 teaspoons) has 125 calories. That is what I take in a day. An 8 ounce cup is 16 tablespoons, or 2,000 calories, almost the total number of calories I need in a day.
I am glad the parasite cleanse is working for you. I was looking at Paragone, but didn't like the fact it has castor bean and aloe in it. Humaworm also has laxatives in it. I guess they feel that some may need the laxatives to help pass larger parasites? If someone wants the laxatives they could always take them separately. One can't remove them as they are mixed in. besides which, the wormwood and black walnut green hull extract have laxative action themselves.

By drinking I meant ingesting - taking internally. It is very powerful and can cause extreme die off if you don't taper up slowly. Yes I agree about the laxatives - actually there are a lot of other herbs in there too like I said for yeast. i think the liquid is good enough - just the 3 basics + marshmallow. I could also add some pumpkin seeds if i felt up to it.

I just wanted to clarify that, so someone wouldn't read your post and get the idea of drinking a cup of coconut oil. That is not an experiment I would want to try. Some people drink an ounce of olive oil as a laxative. That might be something I might want to try. I guess coconut oil might work the same way, however I wouldn't want to try more than an ounce(2 tablespoons) at a time. Now I am up to a teaspoon and a half of coconut oil 3 times a day.

I am allergic to this stuff I think, I took a teaspoon after I bought it once and my throat was itching almost immediately. Is this die off or am I really allergic to it? I really want to use it but don't want to find out if it is an allergy. Is there any cases of being allergic to this? I haven't read any online.

Coconut allergy is relatively rare. http://www.allergycapital.com.au/Pages/coconut.htmlWhat you had was probably candida die off. Was itching throat the only symptom you had? Even if you had a rash, a rash could be the result of candida die off. Do you have allergies to other foods? Did you use virgin or extra virgin coconut oil? Many websites advise avoiding coconut oil which is made from copra(dried coconut), and only use virgin or extra virgin coconut oil.

It was probably oral thrush die off and I got scared and used VITAMIN C in abundance to deal with it, but yeah you are right it was candida die offs and that alone! I seriously think and researched and realize it kills it on contact, so yeah that probably was it! I never had rashes, put it all over my skin and no rashes at ALL! I might try it again, sounds great to give it a whirl again.
Virgin Coconut oil did fine, with depression and feeling weird from die offs, but Extra is when I experienced that, right away. Is that more powerful?

It is not clear what the difference is between virgin and extra virgin coconut oil. Avoid coconut oil that is labeled as just being organic, or in general any coconut oil without the word virgin on it. Virgin coconut oil is made from fresh coconuts, while the other oil is made from copra, which is dried coconuts. There is concern that oil made from copra may be contaminated, although it does go through a refining process. I guess some might say it is good enough to use for cooking, but not to eat raw. Imo the best idea is just to use virgin or extra virgin coconut oil for all purposes. Some brands aren't that expensive per ounce, especially if you buy a larger container.

What if For a month I just went a lifestyle that didnt support the candida and worms and parasites etc.
For example, lots of celery juice with spirulina, snack on pumpkin seeds and avocados, add some coconut oil, snack on cacao beans.
That would certainly balance my blood sugar which would help.
Avoiding all fruits and bee products for one month, Ill see how I feel.
