The following is breakdown of the symptoms of toxicity as they effect your body. I can't help but notice the high relief of overlapping symptoms for metals-toxic patients and candida/yeast infected people. I don't know how scientific it is, nor can I recommend the site since it sells products, but I liked the way the list breaks down in stages the extent of toxicity symptoms: http://www.formerfatguy.com/articles/candida-symptoms.asp

Probiotics are very good for candida Here's an info sheet that may be helpful too: Probiotic Eleven Probiotics are a great crutch to use before amalgam removal or after for a while (sometimes years) until the body can maintain it's own balance with just a good diet. I use them ocassionally even now (4-years post removal - July 2000) to compensate for stress-related candida or when cheating on my diet (which I do a little too much). <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> I would recommend taking 2-to-5 times the amount suggested on the bottle, especially if you're pre-removal. Thanks for the link and all the info you provide to this forum.

I've been looking for a better probiotic. There's one sold at a vitamin store near me that has 15 billion live cells (all the right strains) per capsule. I need to get the energy to drive over there.
