Just wondering - hear a lot about feeling horrible chelating or the day after a round - just wondering if anyone actually feels good while the mercury is leaving?

Yes, I always felt better while chelating - I usually noticed a difference around day 3. It cleared up my candida symptoms like no amount of antifungals ever could. I could usually feel when I needed to take a break though - and then I would stop for several days to replenish minerals.

So on average how many days in a row would you chelate - I think and hope I will feel better chelating too - I had such good results the first time. If you felt good by day 3 I am assuming you chelated for more than 3 days. I guess everyone is different and you have to find what works for you. How long have you been chelating?
