Hi,im looking to replace my old stanless steel cookware for a safer alternative, has have read the can leach nickel. But unsure which to go for. I have heard cast iron is the safest, but im unsure if they are suitable for electric hobs.
Anyone know?, What about glass, cast iron, carbon steel, titanium, and enamel cookware, Dr mecola says these are safer than stanless steel.

Smitho,
I'd read cast iron was the safest too...

Glass, cast iron, carbon steel, and enameled cookware have no health issues from what I've read. Whatever you can find and afford from that would be great.
They all will work fine with electric stoves.
Some very old red enameled pots from the 70's did have cadmium, but otherwise enamelware is great.
