I bought some clove oil today. I decided the ground cloves I have are too old and too weak. The clove oil is great. Clears my sinuses. Helps with inflammation. It is very antifungal and antiparasitic. I mixed 3 drops in half a cup of water and stirred it well. I did this 2 times today. Be careful about how much clove oil you take, as it could be toxic in larger quantities. I guess 9 or 10 drops a day is probably the maximum safe dosage. One web site recommended taking only up to 3 drops a day.

This is an excellent recommendation. Clove oil can do wonders as can many other essential oils. Here is an information sheet about what it can do for you: Clove Bud Essential Oil...And yes, I would only start out with small doses and work your way up.

I have been searching for sources of information on what an appropriate dosage of clove oil would be. One website advises 15-30 drops 3 times a day in a cup of warm water. http://www.nutrasanus.com/clove-oil.htmlThis seems quite excessive. I started out taking 3 drops 3 times a day. Today I took 7 drops. Is 7 drops 3 times a day excessive? I was searching on the net for how much clove oil is equal to a certain amount of ground cloves. I can't seem to find this. Another website has this. "EXTRACT = 5 to 30 drops in water OIL = 1 to 5 drops in water or on a sugar cube" http://earthnotes.tripod.com/clove.htmSo perhaps the first website meant 15-30 drops of the extract, not the oil? Perhaps 5 drops 3 times a day for the oil is an appropriate dose? since finding the second website, I am more comfortable with 5-7 drops of the oil 3 times a day as being a large enough dosage. I still have no idea what this is equivalent to in terms of ground cloves.

Today so far I took two doses of 7 drops each of clove oil, plus two doses of 10 drops of wormwood extract, plus two doses of 25 drops of black walnut green hull extract, plus 2 olive leaf extract capsules, and a clove of raw garlic. I think I am finally making some good progrss against the candida. I am feeling much better today. I was so run down for a while. I think 7 drops of clove oil 3 times a day is probably as high as I will go. I backed off on the wormwood, taking just 10 drops 3 times a day, rather than 15 drops 3 times a day I took a few days ago. Wormwood is great against candida, and is also part of my parasite clense. I may stop taking the wormwood in about a week or so. I think 40 days is about the maximum I want to take wormwood for. I might want to stop it after 30-35 days, it depends how I feel. It is hard to tell if my progress will continue without the wormwood. Wormwood is one of the most potent antifungals. I have been suffering from candida for years, and think I am finally getting it under control.

I decreased the clove oil to 4 drops 3 times a day. I have been reconsidering my regimen and decided to use a larger number of antifungals and lower dosages of each due to worries about toxicity. I also decided to reserve wormwood just for parasite cleanses, and then use it at the lower end of the suggested dosage range and for just a month, and then at least 2 months off before the next one month parasite cleanse.
