Hi Jk98, thanks for the link. Well, I have to say this comes right at a time where just recently, I have been exposed to cigarette smoke from other people around me (due to going on a course and doing some work experience). I did not figure that it would have such an impact.
After being around them, I am not usually hit by the symptoms immediately, but often once I"m at home and my body obviously tries then to "repair" or "detox". So then come the headaches, foul tastes in the mouth (even metallic) and feeling ill and wiped out. It took me over 3 days to recover, until I went back and the same thing occured.
So now, I have to be antisocial and steer clear. Even distancing myself doesn't work much, if I get hit by ANY of it, I get symptoms later on. SO now I have to pretty much avoid them as much as I can. I hate it because I enjoy talking to them. And I too would like to sit outside where they are, but that's the way it is.
When I went on work experience, it was even worse. The area where they had outside on a verander was nice littl table and chairs. THe ladies wanted to sit and talk to me because I was new. Then out came the cigarettes and I was pretty much cornered. Bombarded by their smoke, they smoked one after another, barely pausing between cigs.
So I am absolutely shattered right now, suffering headaches in the temple areas, exhaustion and foul taste in the mouth. I actually feel like being sick. Just had a bath and am taking vitamins and doing what I can. I am just going to have to seem rude to these people and steer clear for the sake of my health, because I spend everyday doing what I can to even remain somewhat in control of my symptoms. This cigarette exposure has really thrown me and will jeopardise my attempts to get out in the working world and try and make some kind of a living. I certainly won't be any good in this condition.

great explanation for brain fog in that article, that red blood cells that usually would change shape to get through capilaries become stiffenned and cant get through, thus lack of oxygen.

Had to dig this one up on here. I think I might know some of whats wrong with me from the Candida and drinking beer, a GLA deficiency could be very possible. Great article I loved reading that! PGE1 from the GLA is very important to brain function, the yeast and BEER could very much lower that and Zinc in your body, and some B's as well. I will start taking all of these and cut back on the drinking, for some reason I love drinking a few at night I think Parasites might make me fiend for the alcohol and carbs? Just possibly? I could try and take them out to see if that subsides? In the article :coupled with low levels of prostaglandin E1, to be a major causal factor in some forms of depression ^^^^^^^^^ I think this right here might have hit on the head what I have wrong with me! It might not be so much mercury or whatever, but more than likely from toxicity of Alcohol and Candida at the same time, causing the brain fog and other symptoms. I read on a alcohol site that PGE1 is key in your body and can cause depression when very low and alcohol uses up the last of it in your brain. I might be onto something here as far as getting well.

In Sanskrit, tulsi means literally "the incomparable one" and has been revered since ancient times. Tulsi, the holy basil, is said to have grown at the site of Christ’s crucifixion and is associated with St. Basil’s feast.
