hi,my names dudley and i have just joined the forum.
about 1 1/2years ago my dentist drilled out a load of mercury without me knowing in order to fit some bridges.
it wasn't untill april last year that i realized what he had been doing,i'd had some drilling done, and there was no onesucking out the waste, before i had chance to spit i had swallowed some of it. when i spat the rest of the stuff out i saw it was all old fillings.
This set alarm bells ringing as i had heard things about amalgam causing problems, but did not realize they had mercury in,and this idiot dentist had drilled them out without any precautions.

Six weeks later i started to get sick.My symptons are as follows: feelings of unreality 24/7, weak muscles, muscles tremble on movement, ringing in ears, pressure in my head, insomnia, anxiety, lump in throat makes me feel like gagging, unable to read or focus on anything.
1 1/2years ago i was a very fit 54 year old.Runner, cycling, swimming, now my life has been ruined.
I have had the rest of my fillings taken out hopefully safely
and have tried chelating using a product called Humet R.
I used this for three mnths but nothing happened.I am now looking at starting the cutler protocol, but am finding it very hard to sort out as my head doesn't seem to be able to take it in very well.

I would like to hear from anyone that has had similar symptons, and also anyone that could help me with the cutler protocol.I am getting very desperate as i feel so awful.
Also i have only been using pc's for 3mnths and am having difficulty finding my way round this forum and understanding how it all works. Hope you can help
thanks Dud.

Hello Dudley. The first step you should take is adding vitamin and mineral supplements, as you are most likely in need of these. If you read this board thoroughly , you will get ideas about which vitamins and herbs to take. Next take some antifungal herbs. Most who suffer from mercury exposure have issues with candida overgrowth. After that, you might want to try a parasite clense, as many people suffer from intestinal parasites, most of which are microscopic.
Doing a parasite clense without fighting the candida first for a while might be too much stress on your body, as most antiparasitic herbs are also very antifungal. After this, you might want to start on the Cutler chelation protocol. Make sure to keep taking antifungal herbs while doing chelation, as much of the mercury is released through the intestines, and that could cause huge candida flare ups.

I forgot to mention the very first step you should take, which is to eliminate alcohol and sugar from your diet, and go on a very low carbohydrate diet. This will help minimize the candida overgrowth.

Dudly,

To help with symptoms, I would certainly recommend Algin. It really helps most people.

Also, for candida, I would take a teaspoon of Colloidal Silver each day. This can do wonders. I have been taking it daily for months.

I would also be taking between 1000mg and 2000mg of Magnesium each day as well. This may help with the muscle symptoms.

For most of the remaining symptoms, I would take GABA and Omega-3s.

Supplements like this help me going (probably alive) for years before discovering that mercury was the cause of my 17 illnesses and numerous fears and extreme shyness.

Please let us know how you do.

Hi Dudley, smile I sent you an email. But I would concur with these guys here. Diet and supplements are also very important. Along with the diet, I took vitamin C (powder), vitamin E, selenium, zinc etc. They were very helpful and aided my body to cope with mercury and I believe even "some" excretion of it.

Cutler recommends supplement intake as follows (the most basic version):

Vitamin C, B complex, milk thistle, magnesium all to be take 3-4 times daily for effectiveness.

Vitamin E, zinc can be taken once/twice daily.
You can also add selenium if you tolerate it. Selenium is protective against mercury and may also aid some excretion. It did with me.

mercury blocks/displaces and competes with many essental elements inside the body and one of those is selenium, as well as sulfur, iodine etc. Iodine is necessary because of the thyroid gland and how mercury can block it's action and displace it. So one may also need to supplement some iodine if they feel there might be a problem.

I know it seems a lot to take in at first, but it'll start to become second nature after awhile. Definitely look up candida too and check out the symptoms. It can be a BIG part of the mercury syndrome and cause many of the symptoms too. Without treating my candida, I bleieve I may not even be here now. I had aLOT of relief by treating it and coped easier with the mercury.

Hi Dud,

No problem. I hope that the supplements will help you. When Cutler says vitamin B complex (50's), he does not mean to take one tablet/pill of that amount 3-4 times a day. He means if that pill/tablet needs to be taken only once or twice a day, then split it up, so you're taking it more often to make it more effective. If you need to split up one tablet three times, so be it. Unless you can find a low dose B complex that already says on the instructions it can be taken 3-4 times a day. Most of them maybe only once per day due to the high potency. Again, simply split it up if you need to.

Yes, 50 mg is quite a lot of zinc, but mercury really does a job on the minerals and increasing them can really help. You only need to take it once or twice a day, depending on the dose tablet/pill you get.

Just a reminder. Cutler recommends the follow supplements for most people with mercury. This is a very basic outline of it though, there are others that can be added:

Vitamin C (3-4 times per day - 500 - 1000 mg 3/4 times during the day).

Vitamin B complex (3-4 times per day, split caps/tablets if they are high potency once/twice daily ones).

Milk thistle - 3-4 times per day

Magnesium (3/4 times per day). Keep an eye on dose. If instructions say only once or twice per day, then split as you might have to with the B complex. Depends upon dose.

(I personally take calcium/magnesium together in equal ratios).

Vitamin E, once/twice per day. About 500 IU (once or twice).

zinc - once or twice per day.

Flaxseed oil - 1-2 tablespoons per day (or more). High in omega 3. This can be combined with borage oil (to get more of a balance of omega 6). THough most of us are lacking more in omega 3. Fish oil is ok, but to get enough essential fatty acids, one would have to take alot of it, which is highly expensive. Flaxseed oil seems to be a cheaper option.

You can mix the oil in yoghurt or cottage cheese. Tastes really nice.

Apart from that, it's basically sticking to a healthy diet and Dr Hal Huggins instructions on that seems to be most suited (at least to me). With exclusion of all fish (even low mercury as this can hinder excretion of mercury and increase toxicity in those more suseptible and sensitive).
Exclusion of all sugar, wheat/gluten, caffeine and milk (butter is ok, butter is very healing and Huggins believes it can naturally chelate mercury).

Having enough salt in the diet is necessary also. THough he thinks table salt is just fine (no doubt the iodised kind), I personally feel someone would be better getting a natural salt where naturally occuring minerals are present, though you might need to supplement iodine. natural salt does not contain enough (I'm living proof ot that). Plus mercury displaces iodine, competes with it and can block it's action in the thyroid gland. So many functions rely on this. This is why many get very cold body temperature apparently.

Getting enough animal fats and protein in the diet is also very important for hormones and healing and protection. Butter, meats (chicken, turkey, beef, etc etc). Free range eggs etc. I also have beef liver which is excellent for iron and B vitamins.

Vegetables are very healthy too. Very important and often I have them raw which is even better, or steamed or stir fried. Contains more nutrients when done like that, rather than boiling them. You may need to stick to low carbohydrate ones in case you have a really bad yeast problem. Depends on severity of yeast.

Fruit may need to be eliminated or reduced, again depending on yeast severity. Fruit is very healthy, but contains natural sugars. Which is healthy, but not so great if you have bad yeast problems. It may feed yeast almost as bad as direct sugar. Then again, you maybe ok with it.

Grains (non wheat - non gluten) maybe ok too. Again if you have severe yeast problems, you may need to reduce or eliminate all grains due to them being high in carbs. It does depends on the person and what they do well with and what they don't.

I used to do just fine on non wheat/non gluten grains, fruits, high carb vegetables etc and even milk, I got away with that just fine. Though I had to eliminate sugar, wheat/gluten, yeast.
And coffee was another very bad one too. STeer clear of it. Black tea "may"be ok, but be careful, still has caffeine.

Herbal tea is alright and healthful. Find ones that are good for the kidneys and liver etc. Green tea is also very good and is an antioxidant.

My diet is more restrictive because I am dealing with infection. So I can only survive on meats, eggs (free range), raw nuts (almonds/brazil), sunflower/pumpkin seeds, acidophilus sugar free yoghurt, low carb vegetables and the good fats. I mix the flaxseed oil in my yoghurt. It is restrictive, but it's healthy and right now I cannot handle any fruit or grain or high carb vegetables. So it's a bit annoying in that respect, but I survive.

Perhaps you could take up to 3 or 4 B25s a day, or cut the B50s in half if you can't find B25 pills. Taking 4 B50s a day would be a stress on your body, especially if you don't drink huge amounts of water. Perhaps a mome conservative idea might be to take a B25 twice a day. For a maintenance dosage, up to 50 mg a day of zinc could be taken. For short periods of time during severe illness you could take up to 100 mg a day of zinc. A gram of vitamin C(Ester C is best. It also is a source of calcium and is buffered) 2 or 3 times a day would be a good idea.

B complex vitamins and vitamin C etc, MUST (according to andy) be taken 3 (preferably 4) times per day to be effective. He can split a tablet into three bits. Take one bit three times per day. Take a certain amount of vitamin C powder, 3-4 times per day. Twice a day is not effective enough according to Andy.

Check out this link (click on this):
Index posts by Andy Cutler

and then scroll down to where it says:

SUPPLEMENTS, FOOD ISSUES, DRUGS
(see also the section on sulfur, cysteine, NAC, thiols, etc.)

And then check out the titles on there and find out which supplements are recommended and why and what the reason is for the 3-4 times a day dosage of certain ones.

4 times a day may be ideal, but as a practical matter most people find it inconvenient to take vitamins a few times a day. I take them after meals. So if I eat twice in a day I take them twice, if I eat 3 times a day, I might take some supplements 3 times a day. Some people also get stomach irritation when taking some supplements on an empty stomach. Vitamins are also better utilized if taken with foods. Think of vitamin and mineral supplements as being food concentrates.

4 times a day is a bit much admittedly. I would opt for 3 if possible. I'm only passing on what Cutler has said and studied, particulary in mercury toxic people and why they need to take them more often for effectiveness. The only ones that need to be taken that often appear to be the vitamin C, B vitamins, milk thistle and magnesium. The rest do not. It is worth the inconvenience in my opinion to get much more out of what you are taking if what he says is accurate.

I'd imagine it is, I have heard before that people have found his advice almost spot on.

Yeah, depending on whether the supplement needs to be taken with food or not makes a difference. But even if the person has a snack, it's better than nothing. I have taken them 3 times a day before and personally I didn't find it a big deal. And I did notice it made a difference. Sometimes I had to take it a bit later than normal or have a bit of food with it, but no big deal. I failed sometimes, but just got back on track again.

I find the protocol of taking DMSA every 4 hours around the clock far more of an inconvenience than taking vitamins 3 or 4 times a day. But again that too is necessary for the reasons Cutler has given and inconvenience is better than the alternative.

hi bex, i seem to get more confused the more i look into the cutler protcol, because in the files it says with vit c for example 1/2 to 2 grams 4x day which is a max of 8 grams a
day,but now you say 1000mg 3to4 times a day which is a max of 3 to 4 grams a day.which i
think makes more sense, and also the b50 makes sense. My zinc are 15mg which i'll take 3 times a day total 45mg. He never seems to make things completely clear, but maybe its
me,but he definitely says in the file section (fdcg)re- b vits b25 or b50 4times a day and that comes across as 1 b50 tab 4 times a day would you say? and that is confusing isn't it.

i thought it seemed like a lot of b vits. lucky i ask as over time wrong doses could cause problems couldn't they.

Hi Dudley, Andy isn't overly restrictive in the way he discusses exact amounts. He gives people a general idea of how much they can take and sometimes it varies. You can decide how much vitamin C suits you. 8 grams is a lot over the day, but some people may want to take that amount. You can tell if you're taking too much, you get loose bowel motions/diarrhoea. Then you need to back off and take a lower dose.

I think personally that about 1000 mg 3-4 times daily is more than adequate or even 500 mg 3-4 times daily. I do not think you need to over do it.

Sometimes there is contradictory statements in Andy's book that can get frustrating, but you get the general idea and take what best suits you. He says this also somewhere. It's not one hard fast rule as far as supplements and their dosing goes, but he does definitely feel certain ones need to be taken 3 - 4 times a day for effectiveness.

As far as the actual chelation protocol goes? That does not change as far as timing goes really. DMSA every 4 hours around the clock. ALA, every 3 hours around the clock. That is pretty much IT. The dosing? Depends on the person and how poisoned they are and how much they tolerate. IT can range from as low as 6 mg a dose, to 200 mg in some cases! (or a bit more). Most settle around 25 - 50 mg eventually. It may take a bit longer, but this is not a race and it's better to keep things safer and go a little bit slower sometimes. It's up to you and how much you are willing to put up with as far as side effects go.

When I first did this protocol years ago. I started at 50 mg of DMSA (every 4 hours) and to be honest, it was probably too high for me. I also did it for a full week on (one week on, one week off regime). Again, this was probably too much. Many people now have changed the protocol to a lower dose and lesser time on the round. E.g. 3 days on, 4 days off. Or 5 days on 5 days (or more) off. You can decide. But don't go longer than a week on because it is too stressful for the body. Both from disturbed sleep from waking every 4 hours at night, and also the minerals in the body too (chelation does that to you).

I found 25 mg more suitable to me when I tried it again onetime when I got poisoned by mercury after using a strong antifungal and it killed too much yeast in one go and released metals from the yeast themselves. That can happen with antifungals sometimes. Depends on the person. So I used DMSA to chelate it back out and it worked! 25 mg was the better dose for me.

Most actually have to start at around 12.5 mg. That seems to be the best dose to start. From there you can raise it later on if you find you tolerate it well. OR, in some cases, if a person finds even that too much, they can lower it to 6 mg. It just gets annoying to split up capsules. So you may need to find as low a dose DMSA as you can (if you can).

I have seen him talk about taking B complex and he does say to split it up. But maybe sometimes he forgets to say that. You definitely do NOT take a B50 3 or 4 times daily like that.

It depends how potent the vitamin B is though. I had a B complex one that was small doses and the bottle said to take one tablet 3 times daily, so that was simple for me, I didn't need to split it up. But I have also had high dose B complex that only need once or twice per day dosing. So I just split it up, so I was taking the same amount, but over the day instead of at one dose. Which is what Andy means.

There is a lot of good information on that link I sent. Though you can get it from the book, I think it's easier and more simply laid out on that link.

There are many herbs that kill yeast, the problem is that some are so strong that you might get very strong side effects while taking them. Here is a partial list.
The raw garlic, clove oil, olive leaf extract, and grapefruit seed extract might produce the strongest symptoms, as they are probably the strongest candida killers. As the candida die, they release toxins, which could make you feel much worse. If you can tolerate them then use some or all of them, otherwise use just the milder herbs such as licorice root, cinnamon, ginger, peppermint and chamomile. If you use a few of these herbs they may be more effective and have a synergistic effect.

1) Raw garlic- very inexpensive. Kills yeast, bacteria, viruses, parasites. Can irritate the digestive tract so don't take too much at once. One clove(section) at the end of each meal is what I recommend. Cut it into small pieces, chew each one well, and swallow it with plenty of water.

http://www.herbwisdom.com/herb-garlic.html

2) Clove- this spice needs to be very fresh to work. It also kills bacteria, viruses, and parasites. I am using clove oil now. Clove oil needs to be taken with care, as large doses can be toxic. I put three drops in half a cup of water and stir it well. I take this 2 or 3 times a day.

3) Licorice root- This herb kills yeast , stimulates the adrenals, and helps detoxify the liver. Can elevate blood pressure, so don't take too much. It is also a mild laxative. Licorice root tea tastes great!

http://www.herbwisdom.com/herb-licorice-root.html

4) Cinnamon- This herb tastes great and has many medicinal properties including killing yeast.

http://www.herbwisdom.com/herb-cinnamon.html

5)Ginger-kills yeast. Also great to help solve digestive problems.

http://www.herbwisdom.com/herb-ginger-root.html

6)Peppermint- kills yeast. Good for digestive problems.

7)chamomile
http://www.herbwisdom.com/herb-chamomile.html

These are just some of them. There are others such as olive leaf, cardamom, tahebo(usually used as tea),grapefruit seed extract(put 10 drops in a glass of water and stir well), coconut oil,and caprylic acid.

i was using a product called citricidal which is a grapefruit seed extract, when i was using a natural chelator called Humet R.i didn't know this was an anti-fungal just that it helped get rid of the candida, but if this was the same stuff as you are talking about maybe its to strong. do i need an anti fungal i haven't started chelating yet as i still have a front bridge in,and not sure if it has amalgam under.

i really want to get on chelating as i feel so awful all the time, especialy this horrible feeling of unreality. Has anyone else had these feelings. It feels as though i am not connected to the real world.

Hi Dudley, no I don't believe you need an antifungal agent. They are only "aids" to the diet, but not essentials. You can starve the yeast out with the strict healthy diet, plus it builds your immunity. It is about improving your immune system, which is how your body keeps yeast in balance in the first place.

I have found that antifungals only went so far and really didn't take me any further. I find the diet and good supplements to be a long term regime I can follow. Eventually antifungals didn't really work much anyway for me.

They may do something short term and quite dramatic when first taking them, but over time I don't notice them doing anything more than the diet to be honest. I don't know whether the yeast adapt or what, but I really found it wasn't the greatest help over the longer term.

Just stick with the diet and healthy foods and if you really want to take "some" form of antifungal, then use your own diet and add some garlic or cloves or something. I think natural is the way to go without overdoing things or taking harsher antifungals.

Dudley, if you can't tolerate the grapefruit seed extract or raw garlic, then you could use licorice, cinnamon, and peppermint. These have much less severe side effects as they probably kill the yeast slower. How were you using the citricidal? Did you mix more then 10 drops in a cup of water? How many times a day did you take it? The feelings of unreality are probably from the candida. Candida produces acetylaldehyde as a waste product, which is what your body metabolizes alcohol to. That is why many who have a candida problem feel like they have a hangover. You could take supplements to help break down the acetylaldehyde. That will diminish the side effects from the yeast. If you stay on a low carb diet, the yeast population in your body should diminish. Eating plain yogurt with active cultures or taking an acidophilus supplement will help. As the candida die, they spew out their waste products. That is why when fighting yeast you usually feel worse first before feeling much better. chelation results in plenty of mercury deing excreted through your bowels, which can cause candida to flare up strongly. My advice is to get the candida under control before you start chelation. otherwise the candida could really make your life very unpleasant. Keep taking antifungals while chelating.

http://intelegen.com/nutrients/prevent_the_damaging_effects_of_.htm

Don't think that you will feel better right away doing chelation. Myself and others here have felt worse while doing chelation. The same thing goes for fighting candida. While you are doing it you will probably feel worse, but longer term you will improve. I am thinking that taking chelation slow and using a smaller dosage is a better idea.

jk98, i was taking 10 drops of citricidal in water 3xd its interesting that you say unreality feelings can be caused by candida, but for 3 mnths i was eating no sugar or yeast and the symptoms didn't get one bit better. the only stuff i did eat that maybe didn't help was porridge with goats milk, ryveta crisp breads, gouda cheese, and potatoes,i did't even eat fruit, maybe you could comment on this, cos i would eat an old shoe every day if i could get rid of this unreal feeling its so awful

Bread and potatoes feed candida. Mercury does also cause cognitive problems. Magnesium deficiency is linked to cognitive problems, So make sure to take magnesium citrate(or other highly absorbable form) with at least 400 mg a day of magnesium. Calcium supplementation is also important. So are B vitamins. Vitamin D is also very important. Some experts are now suggesting that those who don't get plenty of sunlight should take 2,000 IU a day of vitamin D(or perhaps more depending on how their blood levels are). Since I am not having my levels checked, I will stick with 2,000 IU a day of supplements.

For those with candida overgrowth, the main problem is the acetylaldehyde that the candida produces. It is what alcohol is metabolized into in your body, so if you feel like you have a hangover all the time and never drink, you probably have a candida problem. This link discusses acetyladehyde. I listed it earlier in this thread, however you didn't comment on it.

http://intelegen.com/nutrients/prevent_the_damaging_effects_of_.htm

Detoxifying your liver is also part of the solution. There are some commercially available detox teas, or you could use licorice root tea, dandelion, and milk thistle extract. are you overweight? I was very overweight for a long time and I believe my body was retaining plenty of water, and my thyroid and adrenals weren't functioning properly. Now I am close to ideal weight, but still am ill. At least I feel I am making some progress. With this illness, one often has to feel worse for a while before feeling better. This may involve killing candida, or releasing mercury stored deeply in the body, which can cause worse symptoms as the the mercury is brought into the bloodstream before being released.

I have been drinking Yogi Egyptian Licorice tea 2 or 3 times a day. I think this helps me feel better. It has licorice root, cinnamon, orange peel, ginger, cardamom, and black pepper. These are all antifungal. If you can't get this, then you might want to try some other licorice root tea. I am also drinking plenty of chamomile and peppermint teas.

Hey Dudley
I was having terrible problems with my brain and getting my arms legs and hands to cooperate with my brain. Could not think straight or find my way around the town I live in either for awhile. I started taking L-glutimine and magnesium and all the oils I could get and is working like a charm. I can think and find my way again as wel as not bumping into walls or anything anymore. Also I took grapefruit seed extract for awhile but in small doses and did ok. I also did colan cleanse and liver flush and my candida is so much better. I also took garlic for awhile and still do occaisionally. Diet is the key tho that is what has helped the most. Hang in there...life does become bearable again!!!

Dudley, I'm not sure whether you have excluded wheat/gluten foods yet? That made a big difference to me as I told you. I didn't know how bad it was at the time of eating them, but removing sugar and yeast were not enough. I had to remove all gluten grains/breads from my diet too.

It was well worth it. Gluten grains are anything with wheat, oats, barely, rye etc.

I even found (at that time) that the warmth in my body increased as well as many symptoms being relieved and finding much improvement in my health and more energy and strength.

I had non wheat/gluten cereals made from corn, or rice etc(making sure to check ingredients in case they contained any byproducts of gluten grain), rice, etc. Of course, I cannot eat any grains these days because my immune system is worse, so all high carbohydates have had to be dramatically reduced. But back then I was ok, so long as it was sugar, yeast and wheat/gluten free.

Once you are on the diet fully and for long enough, then you can start to notice some changes, but it can take weeks of adherence.

For pasted 3 yrs my life has been like nothing than a nerves, depressed and more... i read and try everthing in vitamin selfs store that you can names, from amino acids to muti vitamin, b complex, fish oil, chines herbs, vitamin K,D, and more, i almost spend over $ 20.000.
yeh sounds so awful, but i gues all hard works pay off after all.
Mercury toixicity means you whole body is under inflammation state, your organs especialy kindney and liver are mal functioning, and of course most those tiny mercury or other heavy metal of floride are traped in spinal core and some part of brain,.....but there is a way to mobilize and pushing all these radicals and heavy metals out of body....

Hi Arshad,

Thanks for your helpful advice. Some people may not be able to afford all organic, is that crucial?

Some cannot exercise that much when they are very poisoned and maybe compromised. Too much exercise can also be deterimental. I agree with you though about using a treadmill. I actually paid one off and used it at home. It was a GREAT help in helping to reduce metals and helped improve my toxicity. Whether it's flat walking or incline. I found incline walking was even more beneficial, but i'd not advise doing that unless a person is fit and/or strong enough. I used to do about 45 minutes a day sometimes. I cannot imagine doing that 3 times daily. I needed time to rest and recover and heal also. I found walking on a treadmill more beneficial than anything else I'd done. I found rebounding on a mini trampoline helpful also, but I think the treadmill even beat that.

Could I add selenium to your list of supplements? That is a real good one as mercury depletes/displaces it. However, it may cause some detox reactions at first and may need to be started lower. Selenomethione is apparently the better tolerated form of it. 200 mcg is apparently about the limit one should go with supplementing it. It can also be toxic in too high doses. Though some think 400 mcg is the limit....I'd start low at about 100 mcg or something at first or lower and test reactions.

MSM is sulfur and may mobilise mercury. Some do not respond well to it, some respond really well...I guess it depends on th person. Iodine is good also. Like selenium, it gets depleted/displaced. Apparently mercury blocks the action of iodine in the thyroid gland. It competes with many of these essential elements you've mentioned. Sulfur, selenium iodine, minerals etc. Minerals are also very important too like magnesium, zinc, etc.

Yeah, coffee is always a bad one for me. It really stresses my adrenals out and seems to worsen my yeast condition. It also takes time to recover again after I ever drink any. Yet, I do ok on tea and even black tea (just as you stated). I drink herbal tea too.

I also found to add to what yu've stated here that a quality vitamin C powder (from a lab/doctor) REALLY set off detox reactions. Yet ordinary vitamin C never did. It was so strong, that I had to stop and break and try again on lower doses. Vitamin E was also helpful and selenium. Those three actually were my main supplements for a long time. They did a REALLY good job in helping me with mercury, alongside treadmill walking and hot baths (with epsom salts, or baking soda/sea salt - about a cup or more each).

I also think that a good multi vitamin/mineral powder for a foundation base maybe a good idea, alongside the extra isolated vitamins/antioxidants.

I repeat this alot on here, but I guess it doesn't hurt in case someone missed it. Chelation for me was mainly the Andy Cutler protocol which I did on and off. That did a lot to also help me get much more mercury out of my system. But it was not the only thing I did and I believe they all came together in the end.
