From Klinghardt at: http://www.hbci.com/~wenonah/new/9steps.htmSide effects: most side effects reflect the toxic effect of the mobilized metals, which are shuttled through the organism. This problem is instantly avoided by significantly increasing the chlorella dosage, not by reducing it, which would worsen the problem (small chlorella doses mobilize more metals than are bound in the gut, large chlorella doses bind more toxins than are mobilized). From Ian Solley's "I Cured my chronic Fatigue - So Can You" Healing crisis are aided by increasing not reducing supplements such as chlorella and butyrate as they help to 'mop up' toxins being released. Has anyone tried this? The typical reaction to taking something that is making you feel worse is to back off. In this case they are saying otherwise. How can chlorella in small doses liberate more mercury than it can carry off, in large doses no problem though? If there only so much mercury that can be mobilized at any given time in the body? I would also be concerned with the organs that provide detox using a significant amount of chelating agent. s

They are <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/censored.gif" alt="" /> mental. This is the pour-more-petrol-on-the-burning-house-chelation-method.
It disgusts me that such “well respected” members of the alternative health community are so reckless with other peoples health. Avoid like the plague.

I thought Klinghardt was pretty well respected in detox circles although I believe Andy C. disagrees with some of his assertions.
One of those things that you don't know until you try. Chlorella is a unique supplement in that it was a living thing and who knows what CGF in it does.

Klinghardt IS well respected in detox circles. His Metal detox protocol is a kiss of death and Andy C and crew disagree/disapprove with it.
I have read both protocols and i choose Cutlers because it is less risky and makes sense to me.
