Does anyone else get sort of mini-seizures? Recently, I often get those during the day, like when I sit and suddenly my whole body jerks like for half a second. Anyone know if they are actually tiny brain seizures or sthg else, and what to take to alleviate them.
In the past, some years ago, I used to have them from time to time, before falling asleep, I guess sthg to do with brain switching waves, now I often get them during the day.
thx

Hi Jinx,
The only thing I can compare this too is my own experience when mercury toxic. Same thing you did before going to sleep. It felt like an electric shock and my whole body would jolt. This happened often back then and I hated it. Never knew when it would hit. I don't remember getting it when up and about though, only before sleep. And I'd almost hear something with it. I cannot explain it, but it felt like electricity. That ceased once amalgams were out and I was further detoxed.
Weird! I don't know what to suggest Jinx. It's a neurotoxin, so hardly surprising it's causing such nerve impacts. You feel as though something is misfiring or it's one big brain reaction. It's nasty.
I'll tell you what I have had too. I've had it when both my eyeballs have actually gone into a type of spasm. It's embarrassing! Nobody has seen it happen thankfully, I've usually been alone when it has and it gives me a shock. They go left and right very very fast, so fast it's just a spasm.
I have experienced body tremors and gong into a fit of them when I have been highly toxic or going through one of my major detox sessions. Nasty stuff! This is why cutler tries to warn people not to take chances when getting it out of yourself.

Jinx,
I have experienced this feeling!!! It's frightening!!! It's happened to me during meetings at work and even when I am relaxed at home sometimes!! I am always paranoid something bad is about to happen at any minute. But I notice it happens more frequently when I am constipated or right before I have a bowel movement. I know (too much information) but that is what happens to me. I have never really compared it to a mini-seizure but it is a jolting/electric feeling that hits me for a few seconds and then it's gone. It is rather scary but I am actually use to them coming and going at any given time now.
I would also like to know what I helps to alleviate them???

I get these all the time . . . exactly like others have described, like a sudden jolt of electricity or a "jerking" feeling. The most powerful ones happen when I lay down, before drifting off to sleep.
