Hello to you all..
Glad to have such smart people here....and glad I can talk with ya'll about this... (no one else understands)
I wanted to share what my bodies doing since removal.
My stools are more regular, more of it, and light in color now.
Below my right ankle, on my right foot, is really sore for some reason. I haven't hurt it in any way. And my left ankle itches really bad on the inside of my leg. It looks like that vein is big there by my ankle bone and just itches like mad.. Weird stuff..
At night when I sleep, I've been waking to body parts that aren't getting circulation. Also feel like my lower back bone (back of pelvic area) are so sore. Almost feel like someone has been jumping on me in the night..lol.. It takes some moving around and they become less sore. It's no where near what it use to be. I use to feel like a Mack truck had run over me while I was sleeping. Guess it's arthritis from the mercury. It had stopped for a little while and now it's back in smaller dose... When I took the Pregnolonge herb it took care of it for me for a while... I must have lots of mercury being released..right now..
My attention span is much better, and I have a recollection about detailed things that were said or done.
The nervousness that I always kept before comes and goes.. Yesterday I felt like my heart was beating so fast and I was so jittery. I felt like a load of mercury had been dumped by my body.
Loud noises really got to me. (I'm rubbing the Magnesium Chloride Oil on everyday to help with my nervousness and loud noise tolerence).
I also felt like I couldn't breath yesterday.. I felt fine for 4 or so days and thought I was better, but the following 5 days have been a struggle, with weak feeling, low energy, headaches, sleepiness, and lower back pain with bloating.
Sharing helps me to connect with my symptoms to see if anyone else is experiencing the same thing right after removal...
Thanks so much to you all!!!! javascript:void(0)javascript:void(0)javascript:void(0)javascript:void(0)javascript:void(0) <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/byebye.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/byebye.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/byebye.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/byebye.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/byebye.gif" alt="" /> javascript:void(0) <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/byebye.gif" alt="" />

Hi Bann Regular stools, good. Lighter in color, not so good, means you have less bile from the gallbladder/liver and less of your food is being digested. I suggestive digestive enzymes …”betaine & pepsin” may be worth investigating although there are plenty of other things that can help or affect this. Liver support herbs would help too. Apple cider vinegar is excellent for this. in fact yes real organic unpasteurised apple cider vinegar is ideal. All your symptoms….yeah, not great, kinda normal after amalgam removal, sorry to say, but at least some things are getting better, so that’s cool. Have you noticed any strange timings to your symptoms? Cutler describes a 7 day body immune cycle that repeats symptoms every 7 days? What this mean is you have amalgams removed, which causes a bit of mercury exposure, which causes the body to react and give you symptoms. You then recover a bit, then 7 days after the first exposure (or stressor to your body) they repeat again but slightly less severe….and same again 7 days after. So that means you get symptoms 7/14/21 days after the initial exposure, each time with less harsh symptoms. It is the bodies way natural cycle of responding to a problem/stessor. I read about this in Cutlers book, but only when this happened to me did I get it. (and I have never read it anywhere is.) Can’t do much about it, but at least I was prepared for it when it happened. Was like clockwork for me….i could feel the brain fog coming in. nasty…but it passed. Took me 1 month to be back to normal after each amalgam removal. (although I was hardly normal.) I agree with Sos….colon cleanse is a very very good option. If I did it all again and removed my amalgams again (heaven forbid!) I know it would help me very much. I didn’t know back then. Don’t remember if anyone told me to do that back then, can’t remember, but I prolly would have ignored it anyway. Its not a nice thought but it does work a treat. http://curezone.com/cleanse/bowel/default.aspGet well soon<img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/byebye.gif" alt="" />
