I am heavily into XC mountain bike racing and consume energy drinks to improve my performance. I used to use a product called SIS psp 22 which was a pure carb powder drink. After using it and after a race, I would have a major energy crash. Headache and feel knackered. Recently a fellow mountain biker that used to race with me died of a brain tumor. The energy drink SIS PSP 22 contains 'aspartame'. Worried, I did a Google search for natural energy drinks and 'TORQ' came up To cut a long story short I think I have stumbled across a product that can drastically improve the energy levels of mercury toxic individuals. It's called 'TORQ Recovery' I get the 'chocalate & orange' flavour. web page and I think that the magic ingredient maybe and is called ribose I have 17 amalgam fillings and I am suffering from electro sensitivity to EMR. After my races drinking this stuff I feel amazing, better than ever! The microwaves from the nearby mast don't seem to bother me, my energy levels soar and I just feel GREAT! It's gotta be the RIBOSE that they put in the 'recovery drink' and that you can also buy from them on its own, look it up! wikipedia

I didn’t really want to say nasty things about something that works for you, so I deleted my reply and just put the ingredients up.
I would not, could not drink that stuff. Too much processing in there for me.
Specifically no to : skimmed milk powder, fructose, whet protein, thickener, natural chocolate flavour….what the hell is that? Natural orange flavour….ditto what the hell is that? Vitamin & mineral mix……eh?
Maltodextrin…don’t know about that but is a man-made thing from a factory HMB...don't know about that Cocoa power is ok L-glutamine is ok for some people d-ribose is ok, but I cannot handle any sugar. This is supposed to be very good for fatigue and I did take this for 2 weeks, but it’s a sugar and I can’t handle it.
Hey, everyone is different….read the ingredients and make you own minds up.
I do like your bouncy elephant….always brings a smile!
