Has any one seen Al Gores film “An Inconvenient Truth”?

Very good film. I really enjoyed it. Very interesting and very believable. I always thought all this global warming was a load of cobblers, but seeing that film really made me think again….he makes a very good presentation. Changed the way I see the world. Well worth viewing.

It was so interesting that I thought I would do some investigating myself…..in that web search I came across another film about global warming. Called “The Great Global warming Swindle.” This film is basically saying the exact opposite. It is equally well produced, although does not pack the political punch that Gore does. But nevertheless there are some big names in there, saying the exact opposite to Gore. Seeing this film really made me think again again….they make a very good presentation. Changed the way I see the world. Well worth viewing.

Watch the Al Gore one first. He is very convincing. They both are...but one of them is wrong, they cannot both be right. LOL

Hello!! I just wanted to update you on the current state of the United States. We are in a extreme political battle between the liberals and the conservatives. The liberal party in the U.S. is very goofy and corrupt. They are Very Big goverment people and are out to destroy our way of life. Their stated (publically) aim is to CHANGE the way Americans live. One of their ways is to make up outrageous claims of global proportions that nobody can prove and then they say we must pay to change the way we live to help the environment. These hucksters know that the average person has no way to prove or disprove any of it so we must believe them. The liberal partyin our country will do ANYTHING to achieve power and control over the people. This sounds paranoid but it an ongoing problem in many countries of the world and has been for years. Top researchers in the world are now stepping aside of this issue since they know it's all politically motivated. Many of these reseachers and others have been paid huge sums of money (grants ect.) to fund research that tries to prove global warming and even they say it's impossible in such a short time span (less than 100 years). These liberal fools are part of the bunch of people who bring universal health care. You know how poor health care is under any government program! In our country these same politicians want everybody on some sort of government assistance since they know that people will never bite the hand that feeds them thus assuring them political tenure. In the U.S. there is a large divide between clear headed people who scope out all the facts and those others who blindly believe anything they are told. The founders of the U.S. were very conservative people and didn't really trust anything Big Government and even proved it by winning the revolutionary war against King George III. in the late 1700's. I know this is long but the truth needs to be brought out about those master foolers trying to con everybody to their side. There once was a man who looked like the answer to a country's big problems. He was extremely knowledgeable and well liked. He revived the country's ill economy and told everybody HE knew best for the country. Well the masses believed him and put their faith and trust in him. He had great charisma and even had inspiring films made. Then the truth came out.............HITLER!!!!!

Take a look at the last 7 years, the government is huge, the deficit is huge. This government is only about which rich industry can we give your tax dollars to while doing nothing for the taxpayer. The "liberal" party didn't steal an election in 2000. The liberal party didn't spy on their own through illegal wiretaps. The liberal party didn't expose a CIA operative for political retribution. The liberal party has not run the most secretive administration in the history of this country for the last 7 years.

The problem in this country are those who would divide it. You have big money running the Republicans, equally big money running the Democrats. The three candidates remaining for president are the three biggest funded. No surprise there. You tell us who to vote for with your $$$ and we will like good little citizens. Just a different set of industries (rich guys) running the country. At least the Democrats promise to protect the environment, liberties and talk about actually doing something for the taxpayer.

only rich people can run for president now, something about campaign contribution reform rules put in place a few years back, candidates can only accept contributions of $6000.00 or less from any one person... so you have to be a on your own millionaire first, and then you'll have enough money to run against the other millionaires...

The HAARP thing yeah thats scary to think about, that anybody would have that much control at there hands is not good. You know in that movie, 'An Inconvenient Truth'... where he's showing glaciers. theres this magnificent shot where they are panning in on these huge massive glaciers and Al Gore is saying something like 'Look at those glaciers! How beautiful they are!"... well it really is a crock because that is not a photo of real glaciers at all, it's a fake image, a rendering, a fancy cartoon more or less, it's actually a digital rendering from the movie 'Day After Tomorrow', that one about those kids that get stuck in NYC when suddenly a new ice age hits.
