Hi guys, thanks for your concern. I have been in hospital for the past two weeks. My blood pressure was fluctuating rapidly from reading barely nothing to really high, my pulse rate was much too fast and my blood sugar levels were too low. I felt incredibly faint and dizzy all the time. Anyway I was put on Betablockers for a short time and had an Echocardiagraph, which thankfullly showed I could come off them. Things seem to have stabalized again for the time being, although I'm on so many pain killers for my spinal pain, I hardly need to eat. I have an appointment with a Neurologist on March 5th as they now think the muscle twitching and pain is due to some Neurological damage somewhere. I'll come on as much as possible and let you know how things go. Still thinking about you all. Love Tracy xx.

Thanks everyone, still hanging in there, like all of us. It's good to be in touch with you all again. It's like part of my family was missing. x

Tracy, so good to hear you!!! I'm sorry you have been through so much, it's one thing after another. I am glad you are out of hospital though and off those meds, but am concerned about the neurological side of things I can only hope there is no damage.
At the sametime one would hope they find something so they can actually help you with what you suffer daily and fix you! (as I hope for many others on here).
wishing you all the best
Take care and hope to see you again on here soon

Love Tracy xx. muscle twitching, pain, heart racing, pain, low blood sugar, need for betablockers.... could be a magnesium deficiency.... you could try transdermal magnesium oil and see if your symptoms improve... it's quite cheap. Usually magnesium deficient people will respond rapidly to this. I do recommend this because most mercury toxic people are mag deficient and many will feel better if they supplement his mineral. Unfortunately many of us have absorption problems so the transdermal application is much more effective. It's also very cheap and non-toxic. I would consider it if no neurological damage can be found and the doctors can not explain what is happening to you. Even if there is damage it might be helpful.

Thanks bg123, I have been on Magnesium for some time now, but I have colitis, so if I actually absorb much, if any supplements at the moment, I don't really know. I'm working on getting my stomach in the best state possible, I know I had an absorbtion problem last year and was lacking in vitamin B12, which I had to have injections of. It's all a minefield. Thanks for your thoughts. Tracy.
